Scott Blacksher is an integral part of CRE’s premier Project Management Team, providing exceptional technical knowledge and survey expertise. Scott is oversees the day-to-day operations of the Project Management staff at CRE. Prior to moving to Ohio to join the CRE Team, Scott managed a land surveying company in Fayetteville, Arkansas. During that time, Scott was tasked with managing the day-to-day operations of the company, employee training and development, maintaining field crew schedules, overseeing survey quality and fostering client relations.

Fraser K Hamilton Sr, PG, EP
Environmental Manager
Fraser Hamilton manages the environmental department (CREenvironmental) at NexusCRE. Mr. Hamilton brings 30 years of environmental consulting experience to CRE. Over that time he has helped clients assess and manage environmental risk at nearly every type of property. Mr. Hamilton has managed $1,000 site assessments and $1.5 million remediation projects. He has also managed historical renovation projects. Fraser has degrees in geology from the University of Maine at Farmington (BA) and Temple University (MA) and has completed post graduate work at Texas A&M University. Fraser resides with his family in Euclid Ohio, enjoying the Lake Erie microclimate.
